On a few of my favorite fitness blogs, I've seen them link up to this party called Weigh-In-Wednesday and Work Out Wednesday. On my current journey to health and wellness, the blog world has become something that has really pushed me and inspired me. Seriously, when you have a community of friends who are supporting and uplifting each other, it makes all the difference! (Big shout out to my girls blogging at Imperfect Perfection and A Fluffy Girl)
So, this week I decided to join in the Weigh-In-Wednesday fun. Weighing in this morning, I've lost 1 pound since the last time I weighed last week! Woo hoo! Finally, seeing some results from making these lifestyle changes and working toward getting to my goal weight.
As far as working out, my current favorite thing in the world is Zumba. Seriously, have you jumped on the Zumba bandwagon yet? For realz, basically the best thing to ever happen to me. So much fun, I hardly realize how many calories I'm burning (and, it is a LOT). I have yet to venture into a real "Zumba Class" mostly because I jiggle a ton...and I'm not super comfortable jiggling in front of just anyone! (Zumba on the Xbox 360 Kinect is the bees kness. Love it!)
